Located on the third floor (with elevator) of Palazzo Renda, built in 1901, the apartment has particular architectural and furnishing features, such as the vaulted with decorative stuccos ceilings of the rooms or the decorative concrete pasty floors. All these Art Nouveau items are in excellent conditions. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable and large living room, an elegant master double bedroom, an attic, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi Internet connection and air conditioning, tv and a washing machine in the common area. Ideal for a short break in Palermo or for a longer stay: pleasure, work or study!
Our apartment has an ideal location. Palazzo Renda is located in the city center of Palermo, a short distance from the Tribunale, 3 of the most important and famous theaters (Massimo, Politeama & Biondo) and the main monuments of the city (Palazzo Reale, Villa d'Orleans, Cathedral, etc.). The lively Liberty palaces and the picturesque and historic markets typical of Capo and Pulc Market are also nearby located, as well as the Ruggero Settimo Street and the Liberty Street where the most important and elegant shops in Palermo are situated.

We had the best experience using VisitPalermo. They guided us to the best accommodations and assisted us when we needed guidance and with such a super happy upbeat tone! Their recommendations were better than expected. It made our trip much more relaxing.
They always responded quickly to our requests and offered various solutions. They are doing a great job. They spoke perfect english.
We had an apt in the city (Palazzo Renda Alagna) in a typical neighborhood and we really enjoyed the closeness of the markets and shopping. We could walk or take buses wherever we needed to go. We didn't want to rent a car and it was very easy to get around from were we were staying. The apt was very clean and had all the necessary tools for cooking. The property was in an older building with lots of character. We loved the food at the markets, restaurants and seeing the old monuments. The Mondello beach was a short bus ride away and so relaxing and clean! Everyone was so happy in Palermo whenever we had questions.
